On the streets of Chicago a tough guy is forging his own destiny using intimidation and murder. He works his way to the top of organized crime in Chicago then changes direction using his influence to gain a foothold into Illinois politics. Riding the coat tails of these men are two women who will do anything to gain their own power and prestige. In the end, only two will claim the seats of power in Illinois.
