For each local it covers the popular angling methods for taking these fish which can range from live bait fishing, casting from shore, boat trolling, and fly fishing. Although the striped bass populations have fluctuated dramatically since the books publication in 1983, and Fish & Game regulations regarding size and limits have changed for this fish, nevertheless the how-to techniques for catching striped bass still apply for the present. Also my brother Angelo and I have decided to put the book out for nostalgic reasons to give new readers a glimpse of what striper fishing was like in the past. Enjoy.
