Book excerpt: Taiwan and Israel share many things in common in terms of the country's conditions, level of development and valued human capital. All of which contribute to their impact in the global economy sphere. In recent years number of joints agreements were signed and representative offices in both countries were set up, yet many would claim the level of actual cooperation is not enough and more can be done in the field. The study aims to explore the business relations of Israel and Taiwan and find possible ways to have the relations even closer and fruitful. Thus the study seeks to fill this gap and asks: What are the reasons for the relatively small scale of business cooperation or challenges exist along the countries' mutual path and the possible ways to turn it into a more common practice? Based on a review of the literature on the countries' relations and observation of a case study, semi constructed interviews were conducted for the related stakeholders. Respondents from both the private and official sectors were carefully chosen and were asked to share their opinion on the topic. An analysis of the respondent's opinions demonstrate that the countries' relations have tremendous potential to succeed together but that there is much more to be done in order to bring this into reality. The results indicate that the integration of four major key factors namely; cooperation, organizations, success as a perception and active measurements to be taken will all contribute and enhance the mutual relations. The current period and challenges the world is experiencing such as the global Covid-19 pandemic and the China-U. S trade war are serving as a great momentum for additional enhancement of the countries' relations and can help achieve a much promising, stable and prosperous future for Taiwan- Israel business relations. Further research is needed to identify other influential factors that could strengthen the business relations of the countries.
