This regulation implements Public Law 110-181, Sections 1611, 1613, 1614, and 1615, Title XVI; Section 12301(h) Title 10, United States Code; Section 481K Title 37, United States Code; DODI 1300.24; and DODI 6010.24. This regulation applies to the Regular Army, the Army National Guard/Army National Guard of the United States, and the U.S. Reserve, unless otherwise stated.
