Similar publications are certainly valid from the technical point of view, apart from those inclining towards ethnic food which require ingredients presented against a background of customs and a way of thinking so different from the Mediterranean one which is widely recognised as the best one, under a clinical point of view. Hence, the idea of presenting and consolidating recipes typical of the Mediterranean region using the necessary ingredients which are sufficient for the desired therapeutic purpose.
