Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This is a book series that exposes children to the two major US political parties through narrative. Each book describes a different kid-level dilemma and shows how the dilemma is resolved using core conservative and liberal values. The books are printed in such a way that reading them in one direction tells a conservative solution and flipping them over and reading in the other direction describes the liberal answer. The initial book describes a classmate who doesn't have any lunch money. Our conservative hero, Connor, solves this problem through good, old-fashioned hard work while the liberal hero, Libby, designs a path of community involvement. Neither party is favored and parents are encouraged to read the book in both directions to expose their children various problem-solving strategies. The books are a fun way to promote interaction with your children. They expose children to complicated concepts through easy-to-understand narratives.
