Since humans are spiritual beings made in the image of our Creator, whom we refer to as Allah (SWA), my poems will attempt to give the reader a better understanding of one’s purpose on this beautiful earth, which Allah has given for all of us to enjoy its wondrous splendor. As I reflect on this book, one poem come to mind, entitled “Word Is the Sword.” “Word” is in “sword,” which in the subconscious tells us the power of words and also reflects knowledge and understanding of life each day.
