In elaborating the ideas of the paper, the authors could confidently choose the language they are using, either it is English or Indonesian. We also add our notable speakers and panelist, Professor Mark Beeson, an International Politics Professor at the University of Western Australia, and I Gede Wahyu Wicaksana, S.IP., M.Si., Ph.D., who is an International Relations Department Lecturer in Universitas Airlangga.
